Making Disciples of All Nations
Did you know some of the graduates from Okoa Refuge Bible Schools go on to become long-term missionaries? After Bible School, these leaders complete a special training, Perspectives in World Missions, with help from our wonderful partners at Way of Salvation Church. Finally, they are sent out across Uganda and East Africa, and cared for by the WOS congregation!
Our Missionaries Around the World
Currently, there are 8 Okoa missionaries in the field:
- William – Democratic Republic of the Congo
- Borad & Faith – Kenya
- Allen – Yumbe, UgandaLindah – Zanzibar
- Tendo – Chad
- Satimon – Sudan
- John – Central African Republic
Looking Ahead
In 2024, Okoa hopes to launch missionaries to additional nations including Algeria and Ethiopia. Missionaries are critical to spreading the Gospel, and more specifically to unreached people groups.
