Did you know some of the graduates from Okoa Refuge Bible Schools go on to become long-term missionaries? After Bible School, these leaders complete a special training, Perspectives in World Missions, with help from our wonderful partners at Way of Salvation Church. Finally, they are sent out across Uganda and East Africa, and cared for by the WOS congregation!

Looking Ahead
As of 2025, Okoa Refuge missionaries are actively serving across Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Zanzibar, Ethiopia, Sudan, the Central African Republic, and Chad, reaching both established and unreached communities with the Gospel. Looking toward 2026 and beyond, Okoa remains committed to sending and supporting indigenous missionaries wherever God opens doors, especially among unreached people groups.
